You should receive a confirmation email from the Workflow System.  It should be titled "New Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) - Research in the Capitol (RIC) Application".  You can access this form @ https://workflow.uiowa.edu.  You will have the ability to edit your application up until the deadline. Any changes made after that date will not be accepted.
