I work in the Space Physics Lab under Dr. David Miles where we develop hybrid spaceflight magnetometers for suborbital sounding rocket and satellite missions. I design and develop computer hardware to operate the magnetometer’s electronic instrumentation. This includes developing temperature control systems, as well as high speed serial interfaces for instrument telemetry. After graduation, I plan to pursue a PhD in Electrical Engineering studying Control Systems in hopes of researching future space exploration technologies.
