The Entering Research Symposium (ERS) introduces University of Iowa students to undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative work opportunities across campus. Attendees will learn how to get involved in research, connect with faculty mentors, and hear from students and researchers about their experiences. ERS is designed for students who are curious about research and want to explore opportunities regardless of major or prior experience.

A Symposium for Undergraduates run by Undergraduates
The Entering Research Symposium was created for students by students to give UI undergraduates a space to learn about undergraduate research.
