I am involved in research on multiple sclerosis (MS), a progressive autoimmune disorder affecting the nervous system, where I help collect and organize patient data and support clinical studies. I contribute to the EDQ MS study, which evaluates how different dietary interventions, including a modified Paleolithic diet, impact quality of life in individuals with relapsing remitting MS over a two year period. I enjoy this work because it allows me to connect research to real patient outcomes while strengthening my skills in data analysis and working as a team for improvements in patient care.

 

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and finding ways to stay active. Oh, and love to visit new coffee shops! I also like taking time to recharge through walks and trying new activities.
