Development, Experience, and Neurocognition Lab

Position Details
Research assistants will have the opportunity to assist with various lab procedures (e.g., collecting data during child lab visits, data management, and video coding of parent–child interactions). Students will also have the opportunity to gain experience in data collection and analysis in fNIRS and MRI experiments. A two-semester commitment of three credit hours (9 hours/week of working in the lab, plus a 1-hour weekly lab meeting) each semester is required. Experience with young children (e.g. babysitting, volunteering, teaching) is highly preferred. Experience with basic research methods or programming background is a plus. Non-STEM majors are also encouraged to apply.
