My research focuses on why applicants withdraw from the selection process. The selection process begins when a candidate applies for a job and ends when they either withdraw or accept/reject an offer. I enjoy this research because we spend so much of our lives at work, and I want to help make the experience as enjoyable as possible for people. 

Outside of research, I enjoy working out, traveling, reading, spending time with friends/family, and watching comedy shows
