My research is focused on developing antibody-targeted nanoparticles that deliver small-molecule inhibitors directly to colorectal cancer cells. We aim to improve antitumor effects while reducing side effects commonly associated with other drugs on the market. The drug-loaded nanoparticles, made from FDA-approved polymers, are tested for size, drug loading, cell uptake, and toxicity in colorectal cancer cells.
