My research involves developing personalized drug treatment to combat endometrial cancer. We do this by growing real tumor tissue from patients in cell culture and in mice and screening the effectiveness of over 100 FDA approved chemotherapy drugs to characterize the most effective treatment for each unique kind of cancer.
