You should receive a confirmation email from the Workflow System.  It should be titled "New Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) - FURF/SURF Registration".  You can access this form @ https://workflow.uiowa.edu.  You will have the ability to edit your application up until three weeks before the event.  Changes after that date will not be reflected in the online program.
