Project Details
Research projects in our lab aim to uncover the complex brain networks and signaling mechanisms that control metabolic homeostasis and sleep-wake behavior using mouse as a model organism. Students will first learn the state-of-the-art neuroscience techniques, including optogenetics, chemogenetics and in vivo fiber photometry, and then help different research projects led by postdocs and research scientists. Candidates should have a GPA of 3.2 or higher.

Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants who have Matlab/Python programing skills and engineering background.
