Immune regulation of graft-versus-host disease and inflammatory bowel disease

Project and Position Details
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated undergraduate students who are interested in immunology and want to investigate intestinal mucosa in two disease models, namely graft-versus-host disease and inflammatory bowel disease. Students are expected to perform DNA, RNA isolation, polymerase chain reaction, purification of lymphocytes, flow cytometry and ELISA among various other techniques. We will consider academic credit or hourly pay for motivated and hard-working individuals depending on funds available.

Qualifications
Previous laboratory experience is preferred.

Time Commitment
We require at least 10 hour commitment per week.
