Research Topic: Epigenetics in cancer progression and control 

Project and Position Details:
Our lab is interesting in learning how changes in DNA accessibility (epigenetics) contribute to gene expression changes that drive cancer progression and resistance to therapy.

The trainee will work closely with a research scientist and the principal investigator to learn and apply new techniques. There are opportunities for both wet-lab and bioinformatic research. 

Qualifications: We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual, who is interested in training for the next stages of their career in research. 

Time Commitment: 10-20 hours per week 

Compensation: To be determined 

Start Date: Immediate, Fall semester 

Timeline: Ongoing, potential to be a continuous position
