Project Details

Dr. Barry London's laboratory studies the molecular and genetic basis of sudden cardiac death in animal models, human families with inherited rhythm disorders, and populations at increased risk for sudden death. Please see our website for more information.

You will assist by stocking supplies, cleaning, labeling, autoclaving, preparing solutions, and working with lab staff to setup and conduct experiments. Routine experiments include DNA extraction, PCR/genotyping, molecular cloning, and western blots. With enough experience, you may be able to work more independently.
