Project details
Our research focuses on fully understanding the differentiation of specialized airway epithelial cells types from stem and progenitor cells in the human lung. Initially the position will be to help/shadow lab members with their ongoing research projects to learn techniques and perform general lab maintenance duties. These duties would include things like cell culture techniques, running PCR, making solutions, or washing dishes. As your comfort with these tasks increases there is the potential to be given parts of a project or your own project depending on your goals and availability.
