Project and Position Details

This training opportunity involves potential mouse handling. Students will also be trained in basic molecular biology techniques including (genotyping, western blotting, real time PCR, etc...). As students make progress on learning and performing those techniques reliably they will then work with graduate students on specific projects potentially contributing to scientific presentations and publications.

Qualifications
Students in health sciences with interest in biology/physiology research. Those interested in graduate school (MS and PhD), as well as those that are pre-Med, pre-PT or pre-dental are especially encouraged to apply.
