Project details
Students will assist laboratory staff with ongoing experiments such as gene expression testing, genetic cloning, cell culturing and basic laboratory duties. Students can get involved in a range of projects to further understand the driving factors of oncogenesis and metastasis such as the BRCA1 mutation or post-translational modifications in breast cancer. It is recommended that students are available at least 4 hours each week, can be variable depending on class schedules. No previous experience is needed.
